a wonderful day

I was invited to my good friend Vanessa's (she has the same name as mine) wedding. It was such a wonderful day and it has been such a long time since I last enjoyed such a wonderful relaxing wedding. Vanessa and Phillipp makes such a great couple. Andrew and my mum helped her with some fruits preparation, as you can see, Andrew loves helping out.

Time to relax

Just spend a few days up in the christian hotel resort enjoying 2 days of sunshine, good food and just quiet time with the Lord. I went up there with a friend and she enjoyed the spa and whirl pool facilities. This place feels like going back to my second home as I am familiar with the hotel employees and the surroundings. Was able to take time to just laze in the sun, with a gentle cool breeze just sweeping. Learn to listen to the birds singing and just go off taking endless walk by the lake. It is almost like a private lake just in front of the hotel. I have a room with the lake and mountain view. It is just so good to enjoy God's blessings.

A weekend in Lugano (Southern Switzerland)

Enjoyed a few days in Lugano. It was the first time I travelled since I got home a year ago from my asian trip. Unfortunately the sun did not shine, but I went there with a few friends and we had a great time together.Southern Switzerland is very near to Italy. So the floral and weather there is very different than Northern Switzerland. They have beautiful palm trees and the people there are more laid back then the Zuricians. The Luganese love their wine, cultures and good food. That is one of the reason why many German speaking Swiss have their holiday homes down North, as this gives them a sense of being away, and yet within the border of Switzerland. Italien is the main language, and each time when they see you walking, they would friendly greet you with Ciao or Bonjourno (good day).So it is indeed Dolce Vita down south. The swiss call it the Sunshine State of Switzerland.

Friends

My friends gathered to have brunch together. These are the couple who has their own training center in self defence. Peatch and Moni are such great friends, they had helped me with training me mentally and physically to keep fit. Their daughter Melina and Siro. Johnny inttoduced me to them, and he is my training partner.

A walk through the woods in spring time

Spring time is such a great time to see nature coming to life, new life springs forth from the frozen ground. Here are some pics I took during my spring walk around the lake. I love the clouds, so magnificient, as if the palm of God is hovering over the earth. The clouds formations reminds me of Ireland, they have lovely big clouds formations.
