More new pics of the new birth

We set up and arrange the new restaurant this week. Tried to make a theme of well being, and a sense of healthy eating lifestyle. We specialize in Wok and Coffee e.g Barista specialities. It seats around 80 people and we are expecting around 300 people to come and check out the new place.

You like it ? I am excited to have the first students come in to see what difference from boring canteen food, to exclusive nearly one to one service, front cooking with fresh quality food can do !!

A trip to the hairdresser

Today was a special day as my brother found a malaysian hair dresser in Zurich. He has been in this country for nearly 25 years. A man in his late 40's. He is from Ipoh and has been having this hair parlour for nearly 10 years. Well... I don't usally go to the hair dresser here as it is so expensive. I visit the hair dresser perhaps 2 times a year. that is the reason why during my holidays in Bangkok or KL, I love to visit the hair dresser to give it a nice cut. Well as you can see... I have a new hair style. Like it ? It is short... trendy and easy to take care. This will last me for a couple of months until my next visit. My whole family sat for him to cut our hair. It was a funny trip as we don't go as a whole package to the hair dresser. He speaks cantonese and very poor english. So my mum spoke to him in simple english. but my brother and I spoke to him in Swiss German and it is wierd, talking to a malaysian in Swiss German eh!! Well it was a special occasion. And he did a good job !! a few steps closer to Malaysian here in Zurich.

noodles... more noodles

Today we check out the local concept in noodles and rice. It is a new restaurant and we decided to make it a day trip to try their food. The price too high for the amount of food they serve. Poor quality, good concept. Here is Andrew, guess he is the only one enjoying his children menu. He loves noodles. Showing off his new children chop stick. He is doing a great job. will use him for our shop marketing ...... afterall it is a family business.

The restaurant concept is Wok and Coffee, we call it WoKa (kaffee - German)

It seats around 90 places, it looks great.

The surroundings are covered with much trees, fields and great scenery.

discoveries

Recently I was visiting the local hi tech movie cinema. And decided to pay a visit to the woman's rest room. And to my amazement I thought I landed into the wrong room, but it was the toilet. Hi tech in all areas. There is a screen on the floor of the toilet, to update you on what is showing in the movies. The water taps are automatic, it adjust to the temperature you need. Just nice... (no idea how they do that, guess it is through infra red ? )

The mirrors are beams with screens and lights all over. Ok, usually I do not really take photos of toilets. but this I have to share with all of you. This is luxury and I guess those who comes into this room, will be just amaze. Oh.. your hands ... you dry it on a hand dryer, looks like a big hair drier, but you just place both of your hands into the dryer and you would not need to touch anything at all. It blows the water drops away in a few seconds.... power. so what is next ? A red carpet that rolls out each time you walk out the room? And forgot to mention... of course after you do your business and stand up, it is automatic flushing. Can you beat that.

I have seen toilets with automatic disinfection of the toilet seat, each time you up cover the toilet cover. Well... this just a bit over the top. But the best thing as I visited this toilet... it is free !!! for the public use, so the next time I can use the best toilet in town.

Visitations..

Today i visited my 3rd business and prayed over the place to invite Jesus into this business and area. Prayed for Him to take His rightful position. The director of my company paid me a visit a few days ago in my restaurant and had lunch there. He came in alone, after lunch he then came over and we started to chat a bit together. He congratulated me on the present business and told me that he has his hopes high for the next coming new business. He fully support my new position and look forward to see new beginings in this new project. I was really taken aback as I was not expecting the director to come over personally to come chat with me. He said that he has full confidence and know that my hard work has finally paid off. He told me to learn to appreciate my hard work and fruits more and not to be too hard on myself ;-7 That is so true... more letting go in order I have capacity to grasp new things. how true... All glory to Jesus alone. He reveals things through people and circumstances. This is just a short testimony to show that... we can never lose out with God. He is always there and even if the strom is blowing hard... at the end of the dark tunnel... there is salvation. Thanks all those for praying and just being one with me in the spirit.

Wide... wide field

I stand on a large wide field saturated with fresh wheat sprouting out during summer.

Smelling the crisp freshness and sensing a deep sense of surrender.

All troubles and worries, anxiety and pressure being blown off my shoulder as I walk the field and comb the wheat with both of my hands.

Breathing in life and relieve. Singing hymns to my Creator.

The one I hold so dear and close to my heart. Every detail is so perfect and well form.

The blue clear sky above me and this wonderful plains before me. I can soar.
Why run when I can rest. Why rush when I can enjoy?
Time is stopping just for me to inhale in creation.

To appreciate masterpieces soak in the glorious light of the sun set in before my eyes.

My father….. The creator, the maker of exhilarating poiemas is exposing to me such simple truth like…. The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not be in want, He makes me lie down on green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul…. Psalm 23
