Joyce Meyer magazine came in today and there is one article on progressive living and it hit home. Wanted to share with all of you
Every time God is ready to bring us up higher, there is going to be new opposition that come against us. As I say, new level, new devil. It could be something we've dealt with in the past that comes back against us in a stronger way than before- or something new that we've never dealt with.
If we plan to progress in life, we need to know that there's a price to pay.
how true........

The Pathway of Broken Glasses
The Pathway of Broken Glasses
by Vanessa Teoh
16.April, 2006
My chosen lover of my soul, My love. How I have bruise and hurt you. I uttered words that you are weak, without authority and power. I cry all day long for You to arise, to show me a sign of light. To erect a pillar of hope.
These broken pieces of glasses in my hands mirrors reflection of splittered confusion and distraughtion.
How do you see me my lover, how can I face your presence. My heart beating, eyes searching and lips parched from mumbling prayers - prayers that form broken sentences, my thoughts racing…
How can I receive you for I am filthy, broken into the reflection of emptiness. Do not search my soul for there is no life there. I find myself in the Pathway of Broken Glasses.
Each step on those broken glasses brings such a surging pain but it is necessary. A journey with you my Lover is bitter sweet. No pain can compare with the pain you went through for me. No anguish utterance of my soul, hot tears from my eyes and deep sadness of loss can compare to what you have done for me.
Every step brings a thud of pain, for out of these brokeness and pain, my lover is doing something wonderful, something beautiful. My lover is bringing me to a journey of fulfillment………….
The city is at joy, the bells resounding His coming, His presence filling all pathways of the city. But He chose to come to meet me at my Pathway of Broken Glasses. He stood with the sun behind His back. His eyes are filled with grace and so much love and comfort.
Light glazing all around. My dark and deep pathway is fill with Light for my Lover brings life. He is erecting a pillar of hope within, walking on my broken glasses, wounding His feet to reach out to me. Blood drops trails as He approaches me.
Where can I run to? Do I turn back deeper into the pathway or do I go and meet my Lover? My Lover’s presence overwhelming, I shy away… how can He see me this way? As time stood still, all I could feel is His love caressing my soul. Filling my spirit with lightness.
The stence of death has change into fine perfume, swirling all around me. My Savior, don’t look at me, for I am unfit to stand in your presence.
This vessel of yours is wounded.
These broken glasses are devastated hope, dream and desires.
Every dissapointment, anger, bittterness and resentment I had towards You.
He approach me and clad me with His white robes and lifted me up into His arms saying……
“I will tread on those broken glasses and take that pain on me. For I am the Potter, the Maker of all beautiful things and we shall make new dreams again.”
The trail of My Lover blood’s marks throughout the Pathway of Broken Glasses, for He has chosen to be with me. Of all those Pathways in the city. He has chosen my Pathway to do something wonderful, so glorious and amazing.
My Jesus is bringing me to a journey of fulfillment……

Macau
Just travel for the first time to Macau. Macau city is actually a land which does not have much to show off... all except it is rather known for its extravagant casinos. It all spells out pure luxury, and making the surreal and desires of men into something tangible. It is really an experience to travel there and to really come to terms with what the world defines richness and luxury. Living for the 1st time in a 6 Star resort, Venetian Resort Hotel has bought back much memories of all my visits to Venice in Europe. But nothing compares to each detail put into making your stay in Venetian Resort a golden experience. well.... this is the room I slept in. Fit for a queen...
